Causes of fracture

In general, the service life of the crusher is entirely in the hands of the operator. To increase the crushing efficiency, many users let the crusher overload the work, the main machine after a long time of overload work will cause the crusher liner fracture. Some operators do not understand the material feeding standard and let the ore larger than the feeding port into the crushing cavity, which causes the crusher liner to crack. Not leveling or having deflection between the crusher liner and the liner pad can constitute liner cracking.

Replacement steps

Perform a power cut at the first opportunity, preferably with the main switch off to prevent the risk of electric shock. After cutting off the power supply, require a conspicuous position on the "under repair" warning sign. Start to replace the crusher liner, first of all, unload the lubrication pump, pull the supply belt rope switch, clean up the belt head pumice, remove and lift the four major parts such as the lower material mouth guard, cauldron, cover plate, and fixed cone dust cover. During the lifting process, the overhead crane needs to be commanded by a person, and strictly abide by the lifting operation procedures. When the old crusher liner cannot be taken down, it can be cut by gas welding, and the inner surface of the frame will be cleaned. The new concrete cast on the back of the crusher liner is made of 500~600 cement and sand, and the ratio is mixed by weight ratio l:3. After the topmost crusher liner is put on, the compression nut should be put on first, and then the zinc alloy is poured. Before casting, the cone and the liner are preheated at 60~80℃, and the gaps of the joints of the crusher liner should be plugged with asbestos and clay so that the zinc alloy will not leak out of the liner. After casting the alloy, the pressing nut and the locking plate are installed to make it fixed tightly. After all the operations are completed, then open the machine through the trial run, after running empty for a period of time, together with normal to add materials to start operations.
